Refunds & Returns Policy

We want you to love your Bridge Forward journal. Here is how returns work.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your journal must be unused and unwritten in, in its original condition, with its original packaging.

Because this is a journal meant to be written in, we are unable to accept returns once it has been opened and used.

To start a return, contact us at hello@oakandeaupublishing.com. Once your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping is your responsibility. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days, though it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post it. If more than 10 business days have passed since we approved your return, contact us again at hello@oakandeaupublishing.com.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will make it right at no cost to you.

Exchanges 

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your journal must be unused, unwritten in, and in its original condition.
